Brewtiful began the way most good things do — around a small table, two friends, and one perfect cup that no one wanted to end.

The Journey

From a tiny kitchen roaster to a neighborhood ritual.

In 2019, Maya and Julian were roasting a pound of Ethiopian beans at a time on a countertop drum in their apartment. Friends started asking for bags. Then their friends' friends. A pop-up followed. Then a cart. Then, on a quiet corner nobody expected, the first Brewtiful café.

We travel to origin. We know our farmers by name. We roast in small batches every week — never more than seven days from roast to cup — and we train every barista to pour with the same care we'd want in our own cup.

Brewtiful isn't a chain. It's a love letter, written one shot at a time.
